nicknames:: lee
date of birth:: 15th july 1994
current age:: fifteen
sexual orientation:: heterosexual
wand:: 13'' cedar
pets:: [size=1pygmy puff named heather
overall appearance::
leah has short dark brown hair, but it grows quickly. her eyes are an icy blue and her skin is slightly paler than the regular human being. she has one dimple when she smiles, and she's thin. she's athletic-thin, meaning. she plays quidditch and when she does dry land training it usually keeps her in shape. she's not that tall, maybe hitting five six on a good day, and in two inch heels about five seven and a half. so basically she's five five and weights somewhere between 95 and 115 pounds. she has one tattoo on the inside of her wrist that she had to beg her mother to let her have, and it's of an eagle, it's wings outstretched. it's a silhouette so you'd just see it as a bird, though it's a bald eagle. her ears are pierced and she wants to pierce her bellybutton in the future.
overall personality::
leah's quite a happy person most of the time. she's cheerful, bright and enjoys most things in life. she knows how to appreciate a small gesture and is always modest about the good deeds she may do from time to time. she's a thoughtful girl and likes to think of others before herself. she can be loud at times, and kind of self-centered when she's had a good day and is someone who can't be trusted when it all comes down to it. at first, she would seem very trusting and loyal, but at second glance she is definitely not. she's someone who could turn on you if you backstab her first.
leah's accepting of nearly everyone. well, not nearly, but everyone. she doesn't care about purity of blood, or if someone could bite her throat one moment and then start apologizing the next, or turn into something at the full moon. she loves everyone and everything and appreciates all human lives to be valuable. she's caring to anyone who comes her way asking for advice, or asking to be loved or whatever else you can think of, and she's pretty sweet to people who compliment her on whatever. even if she can be modest. or self centered. again, depends on her mood.

character history::
her mother, marian carter met her father william pendragon at an expo event in london england. it was a rally for the rights of gays and lesbians and the two had instantly clicked since they both had bisexual friends and were both there, and were both some of the only straight people there. haha, so a few months later, they had announced that leah was going to be born in a few months time, and then waited the nine months until leah was finally born. after a few years of living together with a child, they found themselves more in love than ever and decided to just get married because it was the right thing to do, and marian had always wanted a nice wedding. william didn't mind at all, and had then explained to her on the day of the wedding of his magical heritage and blood. she two explained it to him and the two knew, somehow, that this love was going to last forever.
leah had been in the wedding as a toddler of four years old, and had blown bubbles. then a few years later, she became a beautiful girl that had no idea that her little magic tricks were real magic. she had dreamed of becoming a magician - the muggle kind - and when she discovered that she was actually a witch, she had been thrilled! unfortunately, they had discovered a few years too late and she was going to have to be a first year like the rest of the eleven year olds. that didn't bother her much, since it was still an exciting thought - to become a witch in about seven years or so. and she didn't have to travel all that far! she stayed in the country, something which her parents deeply liked about the idea. and so, here she is at salem, training to become the best witch the world has ever seen (well she hopes)!

Leah brushed some dark hair out of her eyes as her tongue led a small line of drool along her chin as she scribbled down the last words to her essay on the parchment. The quill made a little zing! sound when she finished and she held the paper up triumphantly. With the small cramped writing and the good references to the books, she was quite proud of her 2 foot essay on Augrey's. She smiled widely and rolled it up, wrapping a small rope around it. She tossed it onto her book bag and fell back against the covers in her dormitory. It was such a great day so far. The sun was shining down upon her (metaphorically speaking) and she had just finished the last of her homework for the week. It was turning out to be a very good Saturday at Salem. She smiled widely before sititng up and looking around her empty dormitory. Her two roommates must have already left for the day while she had still been sleeping. She had missed breakfast two. Maybe it was time to visit the house elves in the kitchen? She nodded at the brilliant idea and got up and walked right out of the dormitory, toying with her slim wand and her long fingers.
She giggled as some sparks shot out from it's end as she walked along the corridors. Some of the older students looked at her weirdly, but she didn't really mind. She grinned as she twirled around a few times and suddenly found herself in front of the kitchens and blinked, surprised before she tickled the pear and walked inside. The heat overwhelmed her and she heard the pots and pans clanging in the background. The moment she stepped inside, a house elf appeared and asked her, "Would you like anything, Miss?" shocked and clutching her heart for a few moments she calmed down and shrugged, "Have any chocolate milk?" she asked cheerfully. The house elf obliged quickly and soon, Leah found herself standing there, watching the little elves work their hardest, sipping her chocolate milk silently and in a satisfied way.
