shelf upon shelf of books that can serve to both help you with your classwork and entertain you. for those students who are more interested in the workings of the muggle world, there is a section of the library for just muggle nonfiction and fiction works where you can go. just stay out of the restricted section without permission, everyone!

hospital wing

prefect's bath
what a wonderful place to get all squeaky clean, don't you think? well, that may be true, but its also a great place for prefects and their heads of houses to get together and have meetings. only those who know the password can enter.

trophy room
the trophy room is where a lot of the old trophies and awards won by students of salem are kept, as well as many of the old house cups from years past. many detentions have been spent here in the past, polishing the awards...

the 'winged martyr'
a statue of a cloaked figure with wings protruding from its back. if a student should venture to push on the statue's nose, it will slide to the side and admit them entrance to a secret passage leading out into witch's cross. it also serves as another handy hiding place for any student who may find themselves in a spot of trouble...
